We don’t send out unskilled surveyors who arrive on site then simply call in an expensive 3rd party engineer accumulating additional bills.
We do send the right person for the job - to do our best to fix the issues on our first visit where possible.
Our engineers are fully equipped with the right tools and their vans are stocked for reactive call outs to solve the problems there and then.
We fix 90% of issues on our first visit.

Hi, I’m Lyle and I set up Brazier Property Services after a long career taking care of customers and providing a dedicated support service for their plumbing, heating, air conditioning, building, electrical and fire safety.
My wife Nichola and I founded Brazier Property Services around a team of qualified engineers that understand the unique challenges that come with managing care homes and hospitals. We have nurtured long standing working relationships that are built and based on reliability and trust, we have solidified these relationships by intently listening and delivering our client needs.
We are a family run business that is committed to supplying our customers with a service that delivers and pride ourselves on going the extra mile, allowing us to be able to provide an exceptional tailored service to our clients' needs. With a 24/7 helpdesk team behind the scenes that have years of experience in organising engineers, we are able to support our clients’ needs in a personal way that allows us to provide a service that meets the high standards we believe in.

Knowing their servicing needs are monitored on our pre-bookable system, giving them peace of mind knowing that it’s been taken care of in the best, most cost-effective way possible.
